Why am I receiving a 'Video Geoblocked' error message?

If you're receiving a 'Video Geoblocked' error message when trying to stream Watch NRL, please complete the following steps:

1. Check your location and IP address - you can do that by visiting What's my IP?
2. If you are travelling outside Australia and are using international roaming on an Australian SIM card, please contact the Watch NRL Customer Care team and confirm this.
3. Enable Location Services on your device.
4. If you are using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), you will need to choose to disable it.

Note: The Watch NRL service is only available to customers outside of Australia, New Zealand and some Pacific Islands countries. Therefore if you are located in Australia, you will be geo-blocked.
